The “ PRO MANUAL ” version, the body of the manual device is made of aluminum, the pre-cutting blades and the gears are made of food-grade stainless steel (the device itself weighs approximately 5 kg and the dimensions (overall) L x W x H in mm 400 x 230 x 200)
With this one, very well suited for artisanal production, you can produce up to 30 kg of berlingots per day.
We offer it at the price of 1780 euros excluding VAT , excluding delivery costs.
Depending on the price sold per kilo of berlingots, the machine can be profitable from around 80-100kg. Average sales price recorded: 25E/kg. Price of the material recorded: around 2E/kg, i.e. a gross margin of 23e/kg sold!

in addition a motor which allows production of up to 50kg/hour.
